The mouth is one of the weapons of warfare spirits use. They use it as a weapon because it gives easy access to the soul, the body and spirit of a person. According to the scriptures, the responsibility of guarding your mouth or tongue is solely on you. So that if you fail in this area you will have yourself to blame; not your wife, husband, children or anyone around you.

Do not let your mouth get you into trouble – Guard it jealously.

The nature of man includes the makeup of man and the functions of his makeup. Spiritual growth is possible only when you have true understanding of the teachings of the Bible concerning the human nature.

Man is a spirit, he has a soul and lives in the body. Every part of man has a function, which you ought to surrender to the Holy Spirit so as to be sure that no part works contrary to divine plan, leading to spiritual growth.

When you therefore allow the word of God to have dominion over your spirit, soul and body; it then means you will have intimate relationship with God, live to glorify Him and live a victorious life.
